These Terms of Service govern your use of the website adkoseo.com, operated by ADKO SEO (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About our services
ADKO SEO is an independent local-search marketing agency. This website presents our services and lets prospective and existing clients contact us. Client engagements themselves are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or to any systems connected to it. The client application is separate and requires authorized sign-in.
4. Intellectual property
The ADKO SEO name, wordmark, site content, and the GeoGrid platform are our property or used under license, and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
5. Google services
Where our services involve Google platforms, our use of Google APIs adheres to Google's applicable terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. Client-facing use of these services is described in our Privacy Policy and in each client agreement.
6. No warranty
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ADKO SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date above shows when they were last revised.
